Me da realmente muchísima pena lo que está ocurriendo con Cacharel , no me cabe en la cabeza como es posible que se tenga que renunciar a una larga tradición llena de lujo y moda exquisita y exclusiva como la de Cacharel justo cuando esta parecía que empezaba a despegar y renacer como muchas otras antiguas firmas de larga tradición están haciendo  , pero si este es el precio que hay que pagar para mantener una firma tan brillante como Cacharel a flote , hagamos de tripas corazón y esperemos a ver que pasa.

Interview with Simon Nygard (October 2012)

Short on time, but just before the end of the month I do my word that I would try to get someone interesting interview related to the world of fashion every time and here I present to Simon Nygard starring in our interview for editing this month of October.
Escasos de tiempo , pero justo antes de que acabe el mes cumplo con mi palabra de que iba a intentar conseguir entrevistar a alguien interesante relacionado con el mundo de la moda cada mes y aquí os presento a Simon Nygard como protagonista de nuestra entrevista para la edición de este mes de Octubre.

Just over a month since I contacted Simon through the social network Twitter, born in Copenhagen, besides being a successful model what impressed me most about him was his work as a designer. Simon combines his work as a model at the time the fashion designer designing jewelry accessories for his own firm, SIMONN. Simon Nygard is known for his styling in highlighting their tattoos and rock style  inspiration, style and personality can certainly see reflected in their designs. What I like about his  jewelry is casual and youthful air that has originality and simplicity and especially as I said rocker air their necklaces and accessories are, in short its accessories are like your mirror because they reflect create the perfectly his look and personality.
Hace poco más de un mes que entré en contacto con Simon gracias a la red social Twitter , nacido en Copenhagen a parte de ser un modelo de éxito lo que más me impresionó de él fue su trabajo como diseñador. Simon compagina su trabajo como modelo a al vez que el de diseñador de accesorios diseñando piezas de bisutería para su propia firma , SIMONN. Simon Nygard es conocido por su estilismo en el que destacan sus tatuajes y su estilo e inspiración rockeras ; estilo y personalidad que podemos ver reflejados sin duda en sus diseños. Lo que más me gusta de su bisutería es el aire desenfadado y juvenil que tiene , su originalidad y sencillez y sobre todo como ya he comentado el aire rockero que sus collares y accesorios tienen , en resumen sus accesorios son como su espejo , puesto que reflejan a la perfección su look y  personalidad.

1.How was you discovered?

While working in a clothing store in Copenhagen, but I started modelling when I moved to Paris in June 2010.

Always interested in style and clothes and healthy living. So I guess I am where I suppose to be and where I dreamed about to be.

To be able to do it as long as possible, I just LOVE the acting in front of the camera!

Well you mostly end up hanging out with people that are around you, so most of my friends are designers, stylists and photographers.

You get to know and have the chance to meet the most inspiring and amazing people in this business. Disadvantage is that sometimes it feels that contacts are worth more then talent.

From a young age, step by step it´s been growing from a hobby to the point when it became my life and work.

More Expected than a Birkin

If there is one word that can describe how I feel right now is "frustrated" Frustrated I? Why? If you are a fan of the French brand Kenzo, which we've talked a few times on the blog, you certainly would not have passed unnoticed last Must Have is causing sensation in stores, "The Tiger Sweatshirt"; it's a jersey designed by Kenzo in which appears a tiger embroidery, and can be found in two versions, one more luxury it were made in knitty ​​and another lowcost  type cotton sweatshirt.
Si existe una palabra que pueda describir como me siento en estos momentos es "frustrado" ; ¿Frustrado yo? ¿Por qué? Si sois fan de la marca francesa Kenzo , de la que ya hemos hablado en un par de ocasiones en el blog , seguro que no se os ha pasado por desapercibido el último Must Have que esta causando sensación en tiendas ," The Tiger Sweatshirt" ; se trata de un jersey diseñado por Kenzo en el que aparece bordado un tigre , y que podemos encontrar en dos versiones , una más de lujo por decirlo de algún modo hecha en punto y otra más lowcost de algodón tipo sudadera.

But the reason for my frustration is none other than the queue for that I have to put my hands on my own one, after seeing been a bestseller in many online stores including the online address Kenzo.com, I decided and called the only store that the firm has in our country, located in the great Jorge Juan street in Madrid, despite everything I have prayed and crossed fingers to hurt the clerk at the store told me they were completely out of stock (especially cotton version that have a price of 190 € and be spectacularly beautiful) and had a waiting list almost impossible to satisfy all who were in it with the next order of the garment they would receive and everyone was asking the same model, in green and also my size, the S. ....... you can also find in on two different grey colors but which is plosive is the green model....despite being on the waiting list are slim hopes, in short, is what has become Must Have a whole ....
Pero el motivo de mi frustración no es otro que la cola de espera que tengo que aguantar para hacerme con el mio propio ; tras a ver sido un éxito en ventas en numerosas tiendas online incluída la dirección online Keno.com , me decidí y llamé a la única tienda que la firma tiene en nuestro país , situada en la fantástica calle Jorge Juan en Madrid ; a pesar de haber rezado todo cuanto sé y cruzado los dedos hasta hacerme daño la dependienta de la tienda me comentó que estaban completamente fuera de stock (sobre todo la versión en algodón al tener un precio de 190€ y ser espectacular-mente bonita) y que había una lista de espera prácticamente imposible de satisfacer a todos los que estaban en ella con el siguiente pedido de esa prenda que iban a recibir ya que todo el mundo estaba pidiendo el mismo modelo , en color verde y además mi talla , la S........También le puedes encontrar en color gris y en un tono girs perla , pero el que es verdaderamente explosivo es el verde....A pesar de estar en lista de espera las esperanzas son escasas ;  en fin , es lo que tiene convertirse en todo un Must Have....

The new French house designers Humberto Leon and Carol Lim are doing a great job signing resurrecting the essence of Kenzo Takada with a more modern and contemporary retrospective after separation from Antonio Marras as creative director of Kenzo. A part of the "Tiger Sweatshirt" Kenzo proposes a wide variety of sweaters and sweatshirt with different prints and patterns, with designs like the Eiffel Tower or simpler with logo embroidery house.
Los nuevos diseñadores de la casa Francesa , Humberto Leon y Carol Lim están haciéndo con la firma un excelente trabajo resucitando la esencia de Kenzo Takada con una retrospectiva más actual y contemporánea tras el abandono de Antonio Marras como director creativo de Kenzo. A parte del "Tiger Sweatshirt" Kenzo nos propone una amplia variedad de jerseys y sweatshirt con diferentes estampados y motivos , con dibujos como la Torre Eiffel o más sencillos con el logotipo de la casa bordado.
