¡Hola a todo el mundo! En primer lugar me gustaría felicitaros las pascuas y desearos que disfrutéis al máximo de vuestras vacaciones ; personalmente , Marzo está siendo un mes bastante complicado para mi , se me está juntando mi labor en el blog con dos terribles semanas de exámenes llenas a su vez por todo tipo de compromisos , así que supongo que debería disculparme un poco por mis ausencias ocasionales.

Con "The Elect of Women S/S 2013" estrenamos en The Queens also Fart una nueva sección donde me dedicaré esencialmente a comentaros de primera mano mis colecciones femeninas favoritas de esta primavera-verano 2013 argumentando por que son las niñas de mis ojos que se dice; en cada post hablaremos exclusivamente de tres colecciones que no me pueda quitar de la cabeza , así que sin más dilación pasemos directamente con las tres primeras firmas indispensables de esta temporada:
DelPozo
It was the most anticipated return, the designer Josep Font returned to the catwalk as creative director leading Spanish firm DelPozo. The collection was a ode to spring and joy and was presented last September during fashion week in Madrid. Mini skirts, floral prints and details, mix of fabrics and textures, transparencies and especially explosive colors like yellow became the designer's debut collection in front of the house Delpozo in a work of art in motion, personally qualified "must have". With Josep Font the fashion playing more feminine and sensual side of women, creating new silhouettes and cuts that take us to a state of contemporary sophistication.
Era el regreso más esperado , el diseñador Josep Font volvía a las pasarelas conduciendo como director creativo la firma española DelPozo. Toda una oda a la primavera y la alegría fue la colección que presentó el pasado mes de Septiembre durante la semana de la moda de Madrid; minifaldas , prints y detalles florales, mix de telas y texturas ,transparencias y sobre todo colores explosivos como el amarillo convertían la colección debut del diseñador al frente de la casa Delpozo en toda una obra de arte en movimiento, calificada personalmente de "must have". Con Josep Font la moda toca la faceta más femenina y sensual de la mujer , creando nuevas siluetas y cortes que nos trasladan a un estado de sofisticación contemporánea.
Kenzo
The duo of designers Humberto Leon and Carol Lim show us once again how much they fit the aesthetic and style of the French house Kenzo through a collection that revives the roots of the firm, the jungle. Achieved and colorful vegetation patterns simulating a jungle with other feline inspiration prints became the center of attention during the show held in the cosmopolitan city and a meeting point of fashion, Paris. Dresses with openings, balloon sleeves, jackets with maxi pockets, jumpsuits and tight figures around the waist, all accompanied by a powerful range of colors, take us on safari this season.
El dúo formado por los diseñadores Humberto León y Carol Lim nos demuestran una vez más lo mucho que encajan con la estética y estilo de la casa francesa Kenzo por medio de una colección que revive las raíces de la firma , la jungla. Logrados y vistosos estampados simulando la vegetación propia de una selva junto a otros de inspiración felina se convirtieron en el centro de todas las miradas durante el show celebrado en la cosmopolita ciudad y punto de encuentro de la moda , París. Vestidos con aperturas , mangas globo , chaquetas con maxi bolsillos , monos y figuras ceñidas a la cintura , todo ello acompañado por una potente gama de colores , nos llevan de safari esta temporada.
Christian Dior
Nothing does the legacy that left us then forward designer of the iconic French fashion house Christian Dior, John Galliano, with new perspective that is giving the company its new creative director, the Belgian Raf Simons, who already has with an entourage of fans of his work for Dior. I must admit that the transit of the opulence and excesses of Galliano to the modernism and technicality by Simons at first I finished convincing, but after taking a million turns to this collection and look closely at the differences and similarities of the "heritage "Dior with changes and advances made in design and style of its new designer, I realized at the end that at least for now, Christian Dior goes in the right direction of Raf Simons's hand. Hallo I love their suits, floral motifs, dresses with new and original cuts, applications, plastic and fabric skirts with anklets effect.
Nada tiene que ver el legado que nos dejó el entonces diseñador al frente de la icónica casa de moda francesa Christian Dior , John Galliano , con la nueva perspectiva que está dando a la firma su nuevo director creativo , el belga , Raf Simons, quien ya cuenta con un séquito de incondicionales a su trabajo para Dior. He de admitir que el tránsito de la opulencia y excesos propios de Galliano al modernismo y tecnicismo de Simons al principio no me terminaba de convencer, pero tras dar un millón de vueltas a esta colección y observar con detenimiento las diferencias y similitudes de el "heritage" de Dior con los cambios y avances llevados a cabo en cuanto a diseño y estilo de su nuevo diseñador , comprendí al final que al menos por el momento, Christian Dior va en el buen camino de la mano de Raf Simons. Enamorado me hallo de sus trajes de chaqueta , adornos florales , vestidos con novedosos y originales cortes, aplicaciones , telas con efecto plástico y faldas tobilleras.
